The General Terms and Conditions of the Sportimist.com online shop are the property of Sportimist d.o.o. The terms and conditions of the business are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1), the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1), and the Consumer Protection Against Unfair Business Practices Act (ZVPNPP).
The website and the online shop are property of Sportimist d.o.o., business premises located at Šaleška 2a, 3320 Velenje, Slovenia, VAT number 81830998, registration number 8827770000.
The seller undertakes to make available to the buyer at all times:

- Information on the essential features of the products and online store services
- Delivery of the goods within the agreed period

- A cancellation period in which to exercise the right to cancel an order along with the terms and conditions

- Bank transfer (depends on the country)
Payment on delivery is unfortunately not available due to the unique nature of the product. Payment methods may vary by country.
Prices and Payment Terms
When you order a product, you will be charged the valid price. Prices might change, for example during special promotions. The Company reserves the right to change the prices at any time.
By completing a payment on www.sportimist.com, you confirm that you are legally qualified to use payment methods and are the owner of the payment method or have the owner’s permission.
After your purchase you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order details and invoice.
When payment is complete, your order will be shipped.
All prices include VAT, except if explicitly stated otherwise.
After you confirm your order, you have six hours to change the parameters of your order. After this time has passed, the company is no longer obligated to change any order.
If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, or an error is made on our end, Sportimist will cover the costs of a replacement order. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the complaint procedure. Any returns will be processed within five (5) working days.
Due to the unique nature and personalisation of orders, you cannot cancel an order or receive a refund. We offer a 30-days guarantee if your product is damaged or the quality did not reach the standards.
Most products sold on sportimist.com are standardized, and you can find their detailed description on their respective product pages. Each design is introduced in as much detail as possible.
We follow a constant product development policy in order to guarantee the perfect combination of design and efficiency. All product specifications, prices, and packaging are subject to change without prior notice.
We always do our best to provide you with the best possible graphic and textual product descriptions. The personalised product you see on the website does not 100% reflect the final product. The final product is improved by the Sportimist team by processing graphic elements and editing the uploaded photos.
Sportimist is not affiliated with any agency, franchise, brand, or league, for example FIFA, the NBA or football, handball, and tennis associations. Commercial use is prohibited. Our products are for personal use only, unless internally arranged otherwise. All brands, logos, and names remain the property of their original owners and are used for illustration purposes only.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to obtain any necessary permissions for their uploaded photos.

Sportimist delivers to all EU countries. If you’re located outside the EU, contact us before you place your order.
Customers can choose between two delivery options: standard (8-10 working days) and express (5-7 working days). This does not include the time when individual corrections are being made.
Sportimist cannot guarantee any delivery dates and assumes no responsibility apart from notifying you about any known delay. Delivery times published on the website are an estimate. Some deliveries may take longer, while others are much quicker. We work hard to deliver your product to you as fast as possible.
Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contact between the customer and Sportimist is considered concluded when the customer receives the confirmation e-mail. From that moment on, the prices are fixed and are not subject to change.
The seller complies with the applicable regulations in the field of consumer protection The seller has an effective system for handling complaints. In case of issues, the customer can contact the seller via e-mail or phone.
Complaints can be submitted via e-mail at email@example.com. The seller commits to respond to the complaint within 8 working days by suggesting further steps to resolve the complaint.
The seller will do their best to resolve any disputes in a mutually agreeable fashion.
As your personal data controller, the seller undertakes to never misuse the personal data collected on the website in any way.
User data collected in accordance with applicable law will be processed in accordance with the personal data protection regulations and any other regulations for the processing and the storage of personal data.
